On state-of-the-art CNC wire bending machines, various wire bent parts up to Ø 12 mm are bent, formed, upset, pressed and rounded in all directions according to drawings. Free cutting steels, aluminium and brass alloys as well as stainless steels are used.
Our innovative CNC bending technology is characterised by high flexibility, short set-up times, diverse production possibilities and perfect precision. Larger, medium and smaller series as well as prototype production are ideally suited for us.
Furthermore, we manufacture high-precision, laser-cut components up to a material thickness of 5.0 mm on state-of-the-art laser cutting machines. We rely on the latest technology and are happy to support you with our know-how. Engravings on the material surface are also possible.
